Accommodations – CCMT wants you to be comfortable and we have chosen moderate lodging that we think is appropriate. If a single rider would like to double up in a room with another rider, a price adjustment may be made.

Alcohol Policy –CCMT strongly discourages alcohol consumption during tours and does not pay for any alcoholic beverages. See Substance Abuse Pledge contained in Liability Waiver and Release.

Applications –A completed Application must accompany your reservation and deposit. See Application page.

Agents and Representatives – CCMT, its owners and staff have no affiliation with motorcycle rental companies and are not responsible or liable for any failure to provide services for which you contracted with any such companies.

Baggage – CCMT is not responsible for lost or damaged baggage and only transports extra baggage on Trip 5.

Cancellations and refunds – See Liability Waiver and Release Policy.

Fuel – Motorcycle fuel needed during the purchased tour shall be provided by CCMT. Fuel from and return to rider’s home is NOT included.

Insurance/License – Evidence of Insurance for each rider must be furnished on the Application and upon check-in prior to riding with a tour, along with motorcycle driver’s license. See Liability Waiver and Release Policy.

Law Observance – CCMT is not responsible for any traffic ticket, fine, or fees a rider may acquire while riding on our tours or for violation of any other laws.

Minimum Tour Participation – There is a minimum of five (5) motorcycles per tour. This number may be waived at the discretion of CCMT.

Reservations and Deposits – A $350 deposit is required at the time you book your tour reservation. The balance of all costs of your tour is due 15 days prior to tour departure.

Tour Alterations – There shall be no tour alterations unless altered by CCMT. Tours may be altered at the sole discretion of CCMT due to weather/road conditions.
